DAIRY-FREE CHICKEN SALAD...

Dairy-free chicken salad. There are many things you can do to help get rid of acne. Start by eliminating dairy from your diet. This is a toughie, but cutting out dairy has had a significant effect on many of our patient outcomes. If eliminating dairy seems impossible, take baby steps. Start by limiting your intake to every other day for 2 weeks. Then limit dairy to every third day for 2 weeks, and so on... Once you've found some tasty replacements, it gets much easier.




DAIRY-FREE CHICKEN SALAD:
- 3 to 4 chicken breasts
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes
- 1 diced red bell pepper
- 1/2 cup diced red onion 
- 3/4 cup baby peas
- 1 1/2 cups hummus
- salt & pepper

If not using left over chicken or rotisserie chicken, pour broth over chicken breasts, cover, and bake on 350 for 30 minutes. Cut chicken into bite sized pieces, put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix.
