Following our 916 acne facial treatment, you can return to work the same day. A non-comedogenic makeup can be applied immediately following treatment if necessary. Makeup recommendations will be made during your initial consultation. Any special events should be scheduled at least 1 week following your acne treatment to give the skin time to shed.
FOR 72 HOURS FOLLOWING AN ACNE PEEL:
Do not pick, scrub or force skin to shed prematurely
Reapply moisturizer throughout the day
Reapply sunscreen (spf 30 or greater) every two hours - inside or outside
Avoid anything that may cause the skin to get red or overheat for 72 hours following treatment
- No direct sunlight on the treated area
- No saunas
- No hot tubs
- No hot showers (warm quick showers only)
- No excessive sweating
- No intense exercise
