WARMING SOCKS TREATMENT: a simple and effective method that increases circulation and stimulates lymphatic flow to help speed the healing process for minor illnesses such as colds, flus, sinusitis, soar throats, insomnia and even acne.


WARMING SOCKS PROCEDURE: Get ready for bed. Take care of all your before-bedtime rituals. You will need a pair of tight cotton socks and a pair of thick wool sock. With scissors, cut off the top portion of the cotton socks so that the entire top part of your feet are exposed (see photo). Wet the cotton socks with cold water and wring them out - leaving them damp and cold.




1.) Warm legs and feet by soaking for 5 to 10 minutes. This is important, in order for the treatment to be effective.

2.) After drying off, put on the cold damp cotton booties.

3.) Put the warm thick wool socks on over the damp booties.

4.) Go straight to bed and avoid getting chilled. Make sure you have plenty of blankets before hand.

Your socks will dry within a few hours. If you get over heated during the night, you can take the socks off. Having a small cup of hot ginger tea before bed also helps warm the body.
