Baked Apples for Acne Prone Skin

If you have acne prone skin - lay low on the sugar! Baked Granny Smith apples are a great alternative to sweet desserts.

Thinly slice Granny Smith apples, toss into a pan coated with organic butter, sprinkle with cinnamon and a dash of sea salt, and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Drizzle with a bit of butter, mix and enjoy!
